RATES PLUNGE!

Sorry about my hiatus, I hate computers! But now I'm back and not a minute too soon.

Mortgage rates are hovering near last June's 40+ year lows with a 0 point 30 year fixed at 5.125%!

The other rates- 15 year, 5/1's, 3/1's etc. are ALL down sharply!

If you haven't done it yet, do it now!
